Job Description: As an experienced Hardware Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

· Assisting customers in selecting the right hardware products to meet their needs, providing expert advice and guidance.

· Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

· Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.

· Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with restocking shelves as needed.

· Answering customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing timely and helpful responses.

· Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

· Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in the hardware or home improvement industry.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

· Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

· Knowledge of hardware products and their applications, with a willingness to continue learning and expanding your expertise.

· Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.

· Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
